Hello everybody. It’s been a busy-busy summer here at Lights On Romania, so first of all we would like to apologize for publishing these results only now. As you know, our open call is destined for pieces that we would like to promote and present during our events scheduled to take place in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest and Timișoara.

Here is the list of proposed and selected projects. All artists on this list have been already contacted and contracts have been started.

Open Call Results:

Artur Grycuk – Treasure at Rainbows End

Artur Grycuk – Water Droplet

Loomaland – Electric Swan Ensemble

Teodor Buruiană – Closer to you

Luke Jerram – Floating Earth

Being on the list doesn’t necessarily mean that the pieces will be brought and exhibited in our events, but that we have reached out to the artists in charge and started discussions about proposed locations, logistics, shipment options and of course artist fees.
Unfortunately, as mentioned before, the unselected artists were not contacted. Thank you so much for taking part in the open call.
All decisions are final.

As mentioned before, this was our second open call. Thank you everyone for submitting your pieces.
